Tran Minh Quan Nguyen is a highly respected legal and business professional with extensive experience in the digital assets and blockchain sectors. Since August 2023, Quan has held the position of Deputy Director of the Legal Department at the Vietnam Blockchain Association (VBA), where he plays a key role in advancing blockchain technology and digital assets in the region. He frequently appears as a keynote speaker on Virtual Assets (VA) and Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) at prestigious international and governmental seminars.
